    I paid 35 dollars for this place in the summertime... It was so clean and inexpensive and I got 2 beds. I have paid 100 dollars for worse rooms. Very pleased with this location.

    Pros: So convenient and close to hwy 40 Cons: Honestly, no drawbacks.
